Weddings and wedding anniversaries are the common theme of my personalized papercut maps. Customers love how personal they are when gifted to newlyweds. Spouses are also thrilled to have these as wedding anniversary gifts; and some purchase it for their home with weddings even dating from decades ago (which is heartwarming for me).
Clients also love personalized papercut maps as memorabilia of their engagement. It is a unique and sweet touch on a day that took long to be prepared for — popping the question can be nerve-wracking! So it’s a great way to remember the day by.
I also make “family-themed” papercut maps by request. Some simply use their family name. Others include the year of their wedding or the birthyears of their children. It is a lovely way to have a delicate art piece to display on their walls and ‘complete’ their homes.
Simple and Symbolic
I also create custom handcut paper maps without the text details upon request. Below is a piece in which the client wanted a small heart near the specific location of their wedding in Missouri and more. Some were requested without texts to form a special custom set.
