As an aspiring mixed media artist, I chose papercutting as foundation for building my artistic direction and identity. Paper is a very common yet versatile medium that can give birth to unique and unexpected art compositions. I draw and cut all my designs by hand using a precision knife.

Bespoke Pieces
I love receiving custom papercutting requests because they turn out to be artistic representations of things that are very sentimental, personal, and meaningful to my clients. Commissioned art pieces are also special because they make my works truly one-of-a-kind.

Bespoke: All About Family
Many private paper-cut commissions were requested as a family heirloom artwork — a truly special piece to be displayed or gifted to loved ones. Here are a few of the family-themed papercutting art that I have created in the past. Each bears a significant story behind them.

Layered Papercuts and Mixed Media
Working with handcut paper and a few other mediums resulted to interesting compositions that gladly spoke to some people during art shows. Here are some of the current layered artworks that I have exhibited and/or sold. You can always reach out to me for a custom mixed media piece or inquire about the availability of the framed works shown.

Illustration
My illustration style is often reflected in my papercut designs. I love creating repetitive lines that develop into fluid and abstract images. Additionally, my background comes from being a political cartoonist during my university years. I also enjoy building both subtle and overt textures with paint to create pieces with interesting dimensions.
